I do not live anywhere near the properties and the service I have received from Danny and all at DJC has been fantastic. A landlord is someone who rents out a property or a room subject to a lease or licence agreement so must hold a up to date gas safety certificate and be renewed every 12 months.

When having your yearly gas check done it’s a good idea to get the gas boiler checked as this can pick up any problems in the boiler before they get any worse and turn in to an expensive repair bill.

Who can have one

Anyone who owns a property can have a gas safety check be it you’re trying to sell your home or just want an annual gas inspection to make sure all the gas appliances are safe to use.

If you are buying a property and would like the gas appliances tested before you exchange to make sure they are working properly and safe as you don’t want to move in and need a new gas boiler installation straight away.
